These terms apply to the Sunny app and the Sunny connector for AI assistants ("Sunny"), made by Crop (CROP UX).

1. Using Sunny

You can use Sunny to plan your own tasks and day. You're responsible for the content you add and for the assistant you connect.

2. Your account

You sign in with Apple. Keep your Apple account secure; anyone with access to it can use your Sunny account.

3. Assistants

When you connect Claude or ChatGPT, that assistant reads and changes your Sunny data on your behalf, under its own terms and privacy policy. Sunny isn't responsible for what a third-party assistant does outside Sunny.

4. Your data

Your tasks stay yours. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and data at any time with Forget me in Settings.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse Sunny: no attempts to access other people's data, disrupt the service or use it for anything unlawful.

6. Availability

We work to keep Sunny running, but it's provided "as is", without warranties. Features may change.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, missed tasks or meetings, or loss of data.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. Continuing to use Sunny means you accept the update.
